  1.  Provide Training Programs to develop athletes Running Skills in The Sprints, Middle and  Long Distance races  

  2. Provide  Fitness Training Programs for Athletes to match their specific  Sporting Event

  3. Provide Training Programs for Athletes to compete at the highest level

  4. Provide Training Programs for Athletes in Field events such as Long Jump, Discuss and Javelin
